How we process, ship, and deliver orders using trusted carriers.
Order processing
Processing starts after payment/order confirmation. During peak seasons, it may take longer. Orders can't be modified once shipped.
Shipping carriers
We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on destination and package type.
Tracking information
Tracking is shared once dispatched (when available). It may take 24h to update.
Delivery time & delays
Delivery depends on location, carrier, and external factors (weather, holidays). If marked “delivered” but missing, check neighbors first.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for accurate details. Returns due to wrong address may incur additional fees. Contact us quickly if you notice an error.
Lost / damaged packages
If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, provide order number and tracking info. We'll assist with replacement/refund where applicable.
